1 What’s included in “Cleaning” vs “Pressing”?

“Cleaning” refers to washing (or dry-cleaning) the item to remove stains, dirt, odors etc. “Pressing” means ironing or steaming to remove wrinkles and give a finished look. Some items have both services available, others only one.

Items marked “special,” “complex,” or similar (e.g. Abaya Special, Dress Complex) require extra care, special materials, or additional handling steps, which increases the cost.

Pricing shown is for the garment/item service. Any logistics cost (pickup/delivery) is separate (if applicable). If LaundryBox offers free pickup/delivery in your area (or above a certain minimum), that should be clarified here.

Standard turnaround times vary by service type, complexity, and your location. (E.g. simple items might be done in 24-48 hours; “special” items or dry clean only, longer.)
