1What does “Wash & Fold” include?

Wash & Fold covers washing your clothes (up to 40°C), tumble-drying them, and neatly folding. It does not include pressing/ironing or extensive stain treatments.

The standard offer is AED 65 per Wash & Fold bag.

The AED 65 rate applies to a bag with up to 25 items. If you exceed 25, different pricing might apply.

Yes:There is an AED 5 delivery charge.
All prices are subject to 5% VAT

These services are not included in the Wash & Fold offering. For pressing/ironing or extensive stain treatment, a different service must be selected.

You can order via home pickup or use one of the LaundryBox lockers. If help is needed, you can also call 8005269.

While the pricing is tied to the number of items (up to 25), there may also be practical limits on how much can be safely washed or tumble-dried. If your bag is extremely full or heavy, LaundryBox may advise splitting into two bags or suggest alternate arrangements.
